Who are the coaches?

Our coaches are qualified adult trainers, workplace assessors and are highly qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapists, psychotherapists and transpersonal counselors. With over 28 years of experience in business management, clinical practice and metaphysics, the lecturers are able to guide and direct the participants to the desired outcome.

Workshop Overview

The aim of the program is to increase general performance using a range of strategies, techniques and procedures. The Performance coaching program consists of five (5) modules, which will be taught over 2 intensive days.

The participant combines the learnings from the modules with personalized coaching sessions to apply the strategies and techniques to their daily activities within the workplace. The participant makes appointments with the coach and agrees on their form of communication such as personal attendance, e-mail communication or telephone.

The modules consist of guidelines, lecture notes and learning activities. This provides the participant with the flexibility and opportunity to:
