Stress results from the body's reaction to excess levels of pressure caused by various internal and external factors. Stress is reflected in the physical, emotional and mental states of the person. This workshop will provide you with the understanding of what stress is and give you some strategies to assist you to cope with stress in the workplace and at home.
The Stress Management Program is for personnel in any organization whether it is small, medium or large, private or government departments, local, state or federal governments. Workshop Overview
The aim of the program is to increase general performance using a range of strategies, techniques and procedures. The Stress Management Program is a full one day intensive workshop including guidelines, lecture notes, learning activities and a set of two powerful CD's for each participant to use at home for relaxation.
